Lisa Sundarsingh
Vice President, Care Operations
BScN, RN, GNC (C)
Lisa has been with Integracare since 1996 and is the company's longest-serving employee. She began her career as a temporary caregiver while studying nursing at Ryerson University, and has since worked in almost every caregiving role in the company, including Personal Support Worker and Registered Nurse. Lisa was a Nursing Coordinator from 1999 to 2012, before being promoted to Manager of Nursing Services.
As Vice President, Care Operations, Lisa is primarily responsible for coordinating home health care, nursing care, and support services for clients wherever they need it — in their homes, hospitals, retirement residences, and long-term care facilities.
Lisa is a proud mom, and loves to work out and lift weights at the gym whenever she gets the chance.
Our Philosophy
Making the decision to seek care — whether at home, in a hospital, or within a care facility — for yourself, a family member, or someone you love, is never easy. Eloha Medical Foundation understands the weight of that decision, and from the moment you reach out to us we promise compassionate, knowledgeable guidance for you and your family, every step of the way.
We believe that true care is not measured only in tasks completed, but in dignity preserved, trust earned, and lives made fuller. Every individual we serve is a whole person — with a history, a personality, preferences, and a future they still have every right to shape. Our philosophy holds that quality care and quality of life are not separate goals; they are the same goal, pursued together.
Home, wherever that is. As a national organization serving communities across Canada, we know that "home" looks different in every province, every neighbourhood, and every household. We believe aging and healing in familiar, comfortable surroundings supports better physical and emotional wellbeing, particularly for those managing chronic conditions, recovering from surgery, or living with dementia.
Care built on trust, every hour of every day. Families need to know that support is not only available, but properly supervised. Our model is grounded in oversight by Registered Nurses and coordinated care teams, so that clients and families have confidence in the consistency and quality of the care being delivered, wherever it's needed.
People before procedures. Protocols and technology matter, but they exist to serve the person in front of us, not the other way around. We listen first, plan second, and adapt as needs change.
Respect for every background, every story. Canada's communities are rich and diverse, and so are their care needs. Our team — including nurses, personal support workers, therapists, and care coordinators — is trained to deliver care with cultural sensitivity, humility, and respect, ensuring every client feels seen, understood, and not just treated.
Trust built through transparency. Families place their most valuable relationships in our hands. We honour that trust with honest communication, ethical practice, and consistency they can rely on — every visit, every time, in every region we serve.
Our Mission
Eloha Medical Foundation is committed to providing safe, compassionate, person-centred home and community health care — wherever our Clients call home, across Canada:
- Empowering individuals and families with the knowledge to understand their health, recognize their options, and actively participate in their own care journey;
- Working collaboratively with our Clients, their families, physicians, and community health system partners in the planning and delivery of care;
- Delivering nursing, personal support, and therapeutic services that foster independence, comfort, and dignity for every Client we serve;
- Providing the ancillary supports and resources required to sustain our Clients' overall health and quality of life; and
- Going above and beyond to promote awareness, prevention, and the general health and wellbeing of the communities we serve.
We believe that informed people make empowered decisions. By making health knowledge accessible — not just care — we help Clients and families understand the conditions they face, the choices available to them, and how to engage confidently as true partners in their own care.
